Base-Plates
We fabricate base plates in-house according to the specifications of each project. Robust designs ensure that installations are secure and vibration free. This contributes to long service life of equipment if maintained regularly according to manufacturer specifications. Base plates are coated with protective base layer and QD Enamel combination, but can be coated with special Epoxy coatings on request.
Typical projects for base plate fabrication ranges from 0.18kW to 300kW electric motors with or without pumps assemblies. Various designs are catered for from direct drive to belt drive configurations.
